Firuza has a deep curiosity for martech and adtech, and is genuinely excited about the shift that agentic AI is bringing to the way companies build their go-to-market strategies. With over 8 years of experience as a growth and performance marketer, she is passionate about working on what actually moves the needle at the zero-to-one stage and beyond.

Prior to node.vc, she has worked with scaleups and briefly at corporate level, which made her realise that early-stage startups are her cup of tea! Her marketing career started at Klarna during its hypergrowth years, and she later took Nabo's brand from zero to becoming the third largest proptech company in Sweden. Most recently, she was CMO at a Stockholm-based venture studio, where she drove marketing and growth strategies for multiple startups and scaleups within healthtech, media, B2C/D2C, and SaaS.

Firuza is as much a part of the ecosystem as she is a builder of it. A natural brand ambassador, she lives and breathes the brands she represents - you will rarely catch her not wearing Node merch. She is a connector at heart, energised by the people, conversations and places that keep her close to what's happening. A multicultural polyglot who speaks eight languages, Firuza brings the same curiosity to rooms and cultures as she does to work. When she is not at a workdinner or event she is probably hosting one, and ideally with a bottle of pét-nat nearby.
