We're excited to share our investment in Favora — a Stockholm-based company reinventing how people discover and shop for fashion online. Favora's conversational and image-based search engine bridges the gap between inspiration and purchase, making fashion discovery more personal and seamless. node.vc led the pre-seed round alongside Wave Ventures, with angels from OpenAI and CRV Ventures also participating.
The problem Favora is solving is deceptively simple: people today search for clothes through Google or ChatGPT, but those tools don’t understand personal style or where to find items locally. The result is a fragmented, frustrating discovery experience that leaves shoppers scrolling endlessly and fashion brands competing for visibility through ads and algorithms. Favora replaces that friction with a single, AI-powered interface — where users can describe what they’re looking for or upload an image and get curated, region-specific results from brands they can actually buy from nearby.
For fashion brands, it’s a new channel for organic discovery — reaching high-intent shoppers who already know what they want, without having to compete for paid placement. The company is already working with Nike, Adidas, and Gant.
